Before and After School Program
Spaces are available in our Before and After School Program!
Before School
The Before School Program run from 8:00 until 8:30 a.m. Regular school yard supervision will start at 8:30 am.
After School
The After School Program run from 3:35 pm until 5:00 p.m. A healthy snack is provided.
2023-24 Fees
Before School for one student is $5.00/day, and for two or more students our fee is $8.00/day.
After School for one student is $15.00/day and for two or more students our fee is $27.00
Please note: The maximum daily fee for one student (includes both Before and After School care) is $15.00/day and for two or more students our fee is $27.00/day.
Welcome to our program!
I would like to welcome your family to Kingston Christian School’s Before and After School Program. My name is Dawn Hood, and I will be coordinating the program this year. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator, with many years ministering to children and their families. It is my goal to run a program that is safe and enjoyable for your child. I will run a program that involves structure and yet allows for flexibility and free choice. Craft, gym, stories, games, snack, learning times -including Christian Education-are all on the agenda. The majority of the program will be run out of the Art Classroom, and the gym, so this is the area you can head to when you arrive to pick up your child.

Additional details
Fees are determined yearly and are determined by staffing needs. Families are invoiced every two months. Families who are late picking up their child(ren) past 5 p.m. will be assessed a fee of $5 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof until the student(s) are picked up.
For families not intending to participate in after school care, parents are encouraged to pick up their child(ren) by 3:35 p.m.
In the event parents are late picking up their child(ren), the child(ren) will be placed in the After School program at a fee of $5 for the first 15 minutes, or the regular family rate if pick up is later.
